Chairman

Filipino, has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation since 2003. His other significant positions include: Chairman and CEO of NutriAsia, Inc., President and CEO of Del Monte Philippines, Inc., Managing Director of Del Monte Pacific Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Ayala-Greenfield Development Corporation. He graduated with B.S. Commerce Major in International Business at University of Santa Clara, California in 1972 and took his MBA at Cornell University, New York in 1976.


Fernando Zobel De Ayala
Vice Chairman

Filipino, has served as Vice Chairman of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation since 2003.  He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ayala Land Inc. since 1999 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Corporation.  His other significant positions include:  Chairman of Manila Water Company, Inc., AC International Finance Ltd., Ayala International Pte. Ltd., Ayala Hotels, Inc., Alabang Commercial Corp., and Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, Inc.; Co-Vice Chairman and Trustee of Ayala Foundation, Inc.; Director of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Globe Telecom, Inc., Integrated Microelectronics Inc., and Habitat for Humanity International.  He graduated with B.A. Liberal Arts at Harvard College in 1982.


Felicito C. Payumo
Vice Chairman

Filipino, has served as Director of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. His other significant positions include: Chairman and Director of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, Chairman of the BCDA Management & Holdings, Inc, Chairman of the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development, Chairman of the Heritage Park Management Corporation, Board Director of the Clark International Airport Corporation, and Board Adviser of the Clark Development Corporation. He was a three-term Representative of the First District of Bataan and served as Chairman/ Administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.  Prior to his career in public service, he was President of Engineering Equipment, Inc.  In 2003, he was voted one of three Outstanding Filipinos (TOFIL) by the Philippine Jaycee Senate. He is also a Director of Maxicare Corporation and writes columns on development issues for the Management Association of the Philippines in the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He graduated with a degree in BS E conomics, cum laude, from the Ateneo de Manila University and holds an MBA from from Harvard University, Graduate School of Business on a SC Johnson scholarship. He also finished the Executive Program for Leaders in Development at the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard Institute for International Development).


Mariano John L. Tan, Jr.
Director

Filipino, Has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation since April 2003. He also holds other significant positions like: Vice President & Executive Officer of United Laboratories, Inc.; Vice Chairman of Greenfield Development Corp; President of Dolmar Property Ventures, Inc., and President of Fides Foundation, Inc.  He graduated with a degree in M.S. Management from the Hult International Business School (formerly A.D. Little School of Management), USA in 1986, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Lafayette College, USA in 1983.


Zorayda Amelia C. Alonzo
Director

Filipino, Director of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. Her other significant positions include: Director for Bases Conversion and Development Authority and BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc. She also held several cabinet and sub-cabinet positions, namely: CEO of the Home Development Mutual Fund (PagIBIG Fund), Chair of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Chair of the Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation (SBGCFC) and was named the first Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry for Small and Medium Enterprise Development. In 1992, she received The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) for her achievements in deepening the relevance of PagIBIG Fund to its stakeholders, the Filipino people. She graduated with a BA Economics degree from the Philippine Women’s University and finished her MA in Economics from the Universidad de Madrid in Spain and the University of the Philippines. She also attended courses in Global Social Security Crises and Core Course in Housing Finance in the Harvard Institute of International Development, Harvard University and the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania, respectively.


Antonino T. Aquino
Director

Filipino, became President of Ayala Land, Inc. on April 1, 2009. He was President of Manila Water Company Inc. (MWC) from January 1999 to March 2009.  He was also a Director of MWC since April 24, 1998.  Mr. Aquino joined MWC as Group Director for Corporate Affairs.  He has been with the Ayala Group in various capacities for the past 28 years and now holds the position of Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation.  He was President of the Ayala Property Management Corporation from 1990 to 1998 and Senior Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc. from 1989 to 1998. He was also a Business Unit Manager at IBM Philippines, Inc. from 1968-1980. He also serves as a Member of the Board of various corporate social responsibility foundations such as Ayala Foundation, Manila Water Foundation, Habitat for Humanities Philippines, La Mesa Watershed Foundation and Makati Environment Foundation. Mr. Aquino completed the academic requirements for masteral degree in Business Management at the Ateneo Gradu ate School of Business and completed his Bachelor of Science, major in Management degree at the Ateneo de Manila University.


Atty. Arnel Paciano D. Casanova, ESQ.
Director

President and Chief Executive Officer, Vice-Chairman, Bases Conversion and Development Authority.  As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of BCDA, he led its legal team in all major property development projects and public-private partnerships such as the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) which is the Philippines’ most modern and longest expressway. Prior to his appointment to BCDA by President Aquino, Atty. Casanova was the Executive Director for the Philippines of Asia Society, an international non-government organization promoting international relations between the US and Asia. He was awarded Philippine Legion of Honor Medal for his involvement in the peace panel that successfully negotiated peace with and recovered weapons of former military rebels. He is one of the pioneers of Kaya Natin! (We Can!), a social movement for good governance and ethical leadership. He is an advocate of social entrepreneurship and teaches the subject in Ateneo De Manila University. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) earning degrees in Law, English studies, and Urban Planning. He obtained his Masters degree in Public Administration (with concentration on finance and leadership) from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government as a World Bank scholar.


Edgardo M. Cruz, Jr.
Director

Filipino, Has served as member of the Board of Directors of FBDC since 2006.  His other significant positions include: member of the Board of Directors of Del Monte Pacific Ltd., Del Monte Philippines Inc., NutriAsia Inc., Southeast Asia Food Inc, UFC Philippines Inc.and Corporate Secretary of the NutriAsia group of companies. Formerly, Mr. Cruz was member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of United Laboratories Inc., and Greenfield Development Corporation.   He graduated with degrees in BSC-Accounting and AB-Economics at De La Salle University in 1977. He became a CPA in the same year.  He earned his Masters in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management in 1981.


Atty. Teresita A. Desierto
Director

Atty. Teresita A. Desierto has been in public service since 1988, rising from the ranks in the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) from arbiter to Commissioner. She was nominated by President Benigno S. Aquino III as director of Bases Conversion and Development Authority in November 1, 2010. She has been in the practice of the legal profession since 1970.

Director Desierto is married to former Ombudsman Aniano A. Desierto with whom she bore three (3) children who are now professionals with doctorate degrees in Law and in Economics from foreign universities.


Anna Ma. Margarita B. Dy
Director

Filipino, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of Ayala Land, Inc. since August 2008.  She is Head of the Strategic Landbank Management Group (SLMG).  Her other significant positions include:  Director and Executive Vice President of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation and is a Director of the Nuvali Subsidiaries: Aurora Properties, Inc., Vesta Properties Holdings, Inc., and CECI Realty, Inc.  Prior to joining ALI, she was Vice President of Benpres Holdings Corporation. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School and graduated, magna cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Honors Program.


Bernard Vincent O. Dy

Filipino, Has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation since 2003.  He is also Vice President and Group Head of the Residential Business Group of Ayala Land Inc.


Vice Admiral Ferdinand S. Golez, AFP (Ret)
Director

Filipino, Director of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. His other significant positions include: Director for Bases Conversion and Development Authority and BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc. He held the highest and most coveted position in the Navy, as Flag Officer In Command for two years. After his Naval career, he served as Senior Manager for the Security Department of the Energy Development Corporation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Philippine Military Academy in 1976 and pursued studies at the Army Logistics Management College in Fort Lee, Virginia, the Royal Australian Navy Staff College in Australia and the Naval War College in Rhode Island, USA.  He has a Certificate of Business Management from Queensland University.


Delfin B. Samson, Jr.
Director

Filipino, Director of the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation Board. He has served as first Vice Chairman of the Board United Group of Companies, and President COO & CEO for United Laboratories, Inc., Phils. He also held significant positions in the pharmaceutical companies in Southeast Asia and China. He was President and Director for P.T. Medifarma Laboratories, Inc, Indonesia, He became General Director for Shanghai United Cell Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China, and United Pharma in Vietnam and in Myanmar. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of the East, took Masters in Business Administration in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and studied Management Development Program in Asian Institute of Management.


Elmar M. Gomez
Director

Filipino, Director of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. His other significant positions include: Director for Bases Conversion and Development Authority and BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc. He is also currently the President and CEO of Mobile Arts, Inc., a member of the Board of Trustees of the Archbishop Gabriel M. Reyes Memorial Foundation, Inc. and a member of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines. Previously, he worked as Country Representative to the Philippines of Netlife Singapore Private Limited, Country Manager of Verifone Singapore in the Philippines and as Marketing Manager of Nokia Telecommunications (Philippines), Inc. He graduated with a degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Masters Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.


Maximo L. Sangil
Director

Filipino, Director of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. His other significant positions include: Director for Bases Conversion and Development Authority and BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc. He was the former Director of the Clark Development Corporation and the Clark International Airport Corporation, as well as a former member of the City Council of Angeles and in 1998, City Mayor. He is also a veteran journalist and currently hosts Talakayan aired over 95.1 RW. He was a reporter of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Philippine Daily Star and Philippine Daily Express; and a radio commentator of DWGV-FM for the past 15 years. A past president of the Rotary Club of Angeles, he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Rotarian in 2002 (Rotary District 3790) and Outstanding Club President in 2005.

He has authored the book Somewhere in Central Luzon and is currently working on three more books.

Ma. Aurora Geotina-Garcia

Filipino, Director of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) since April  2011. She is also Director of  BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc. (BMHI), and a member of the Board of Advisors-Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. Ms. Garcia has served as a consultant to business and government for over 25 years. She started her professional career in 1974 in the  Management Services Division of SyCip , Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co)   She was responsible for leading the efforts of SGV & Co.  in investment promotions, which involved assistance to locators in special economic zones such as Clark and Subic.  She was a Senior Advisor to SGV & Co. from the time of her retirement from SGV in 2001,   until September 2006. Ms. Garcia is Vice Chairman of the Women’s Business Council Philippines, Inc, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors,  and a member of various professional societies which include the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP)  and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) . Ms. Garcia obtained her BS degree in Business Administration and Accountancy and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
